SCRalyze
Overview Download Support Documentation References & Credits Contribute

SCRalyze is a powerful software for model-based analysis of peripheral psychophysiology (e.g. skin conductance, heart rate, pupil size etc.). General linear modelling and dynamic causal modelling of these signals allows inferring neural or psychological states from such signals. Applications of this approach are described in the references.

SCRalyze includes flexible data import and display, statistical inference on the group level, and results display and export. Add-ons for new data formats, signal channels, and models can be programmed easily due to the modular structure of the code. This software is based on Matlab (version 7 and upwards) and uses concepts similar to those of SPM

We like to spend our time on developing funky methods, not programming funky websites. (We'd  still like to have one though.)
